Old Soldier’s Day Parade

Description: Parade celebrating the city’s war veterans. Program, parade, floats, High School bands, entertainment, children’s activities, and prizes. Free hot dogs and soft drinks will be available at the American Legion at 201 Wills Road, at the conclusion of the parade. With so much to celebrate, take this day to recognize the living memory of all veterans of war.
Book Sale

Description: Outdoor book sale on the veranda of the new Alpharetta library. The books are priced resonably (most are $1 or less) are generously donated so each month they are able to display a wide variety of used books in all genres.

Movies at Newtown Park

Time: Movie starts at dusk. Pre-Show activities begin at 7 p.m.

Description: Screening of the movie “Moana.” Families are encouraged to bring blankets and relax as they watch the movie. Foodtrucks are scheduled for each of the Movies at Newtown Park events!
Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra
